This blog was created years ago by Trece Hayslett; then Assistant Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development at Eastern Connecticut State University. It was to be used as a resource for all ECSU student.
After I left Eastern The account was hacked and now many years later I have gained entry once again. Instead of deleting it I decided to keep it as a resources for all Student-Athletes.
